I checked the document path 2 times, it's correct.

So i must have missed the part with the download files, how dows it work?
I looked your video. you say the pictures are saved in the download folder. In my folder there is nothing. But it is the right location.

Set your setting to :
SET mykomp C:\Users\yout_computer_name\Documents\
not until your imacros folder

cause the bot will continue to imacros folder it self
